2018 Ag + Art Tour

 

The South Carolina Ag + Art Tour is a free self-guided tour of over 80 farms and sites located in eleven counties. See the art of hundreds of South Carolina Artists and listen to regional music throughout the month of June.

On Saturday, June 2 and Sunday, June 3, 2018, you are invited to take a trip down a country road and explore the agriculture and artistic heritage of Horry County. More info here!

During the tour, you will have the opportunity to see first-hand where your food comes from, watch artists in action and purchase their works, dance to the melodies of bluegrass and folk songs, and learn more about rural life. The Tour is a special opportunity to see how your food comes to market and learn about the creative community in rural Horry County.

Visitors to the Farm will have the opportunity to tour the farm and see plowing of the field with a mule. The farm has sugar cane syrup, peanuts, in season vegetables for sale. Also, there will be food and artwork for sale.

Visit our greenhouse where we do what we love to do, which is to plant, propagate, and raise most of our own food. We specialize in cultivating a rare and unique selection of plants, flowers, culinary herbs and ornamental herbs.

Traviana Farm is a horse farm with 8 horses. During the tour cart rides, lead line rides, and English demonstrations will be available.
